We had a great lunch for Mom's birthday at the A CUT Steakhouse of the Ambassador Hotel. A CUT serves quite good quality steak at reasonabLe prices. They also showed their hospitality with serving Mom a mini birthday cake, because they heard us saying happy birthday to Mom!

If you are willing to pay a little bit more for a decent steak meal, A CUT may be a good choice.

FIRST TIME FOR MAOKONG GONDOLA

Maokong GondolaMaokong GondolaMaokong Gondola Station

The Maokong Gondola system(貓空纜車) started to operate in July 2007, but I have never tried it until today.

Today was our hiking day; a hiking trip to Zhinan Temple. After arriving Zhinan Temple(指南宮), we found there were no tourist waiting for the gondola, so we took it to Maokong. I was glad we only took a short ride on Maokong Gondola, because it was very hot inside. If you would like to give it a try, I would recommend you to wait till autumn or bring a fan with you.

Since we preferred to enjoy more fun of hiking, we took another trail back to Muzha instead of taking gondola.

Artists' hands are like hands of magicians. They can create wonderful images through their magic hands. Here are some images I took at Wacom booth during the 2008 Taipei Computer Application Show. (these artists were creating wonderful illustrations on Wacom Cintiq 21 LCD tablet)
