JHENG, CHENG-KUNG(鄭成功), A HERO IN TAIWAN HISTROY

(Jheng, Cheng-Kung 鄭成功)
(the temple of Jheng, Cheng-Kung)
(Koxinga Shrine)
(Koxinga Shrine)

There are many historic sites in Tainan City, and most of them are related to a hero, Jheng, Cheng-Kung. He was a general of Ming Dynasty, and took over Taiwan from the Dutch in 1662 and ended 38 year of the Dutch rule. After his death in 1662 at the age of 38, people built this temple to memory Jheng and for his dedication to Taiwan. Current temple was rebuilt in 1963.
Because Jheng's mother is a Japanese, so many Japanese tourists are interested in this site.

好像有點道理ㄟ,這樣台灣就是歐盟成員,我出國玩省掉很多簽證費、不會有人靠腰"統獨"、還可以合法吸大麻....

對啊,鄭先生幹麻把荷蘭人趕走呀!!!!
